I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
Interview process was quick and easy. I initially applied online and about a week a later I received a call from the recruiter for a phone screen.
After the phone screen another week passed and I received an email stating I've been selected for a F2F interview and for me to pick the date and time that works for me.
I was greeted by the recruiter and was taken back to a room for a panel interview. Everyone was friendly and it felt like talking with friends about what I love to do.
I received an offer 2 days later but declined due to the distant and the hours that was required. Southwest has been one of my dream companies so I wish it would have worked out. They are an awesome company.

Interview
Hiring process was super quick. I applied and less than a week later they emailed me to schedule an interview. A week later i had my interview. A week after that i got a call that they wanted me to fly out and then the following week i flew to southwest. Then i found out my results a week after that. So overall about a 6 week process.
Unfortunately i didn’t get the job for more hidden reasons than i was told which was hurtful but life goes on
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online and 2 weeks later got a call from the recruiter and set up a phone screening. After the phone screening, I got an invitation to fly to Dallas for a panel interview. They flew me up there from Houston and I had my interview with 2 of the people on the team and the recruiter. They were all very pleasant, and after that, I flew back on the same day. After the interview, I didn't hear back in over 2 weeks which led me to correctly conclude that they weren't interested in following up with me. Sure enough, 2 weeks and 2 days after my in person interview, they sent me an email telling me I didn't get picked to proceed further.
