The process starts with a phone interview and if you pass that the company invites you to headquarters in Dallas to do group and face to face interviews. During the group interviews you have the opportunity to speak up among peers to answer questions. The face to face interview has two people interviewing you. One is from the people department and the other is a flight attendant. I was offered the position the next day after interviewing.
