I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2015
Interview
I had a series of phone interviews and then was flown out to Dallas for in person interviews. Dallas is a wonderful city. I was pretty heart-broken to not receive an offer. Interviewers were very helpful in providing constructive feedback following not receiving an offer.
Everyone at the HQ really seemed to happy to be there. The offices were beautiful. I asked the Captain of my flight for directions. He walked me to the shuttle stop and even offered to help me with my bag. Southwest airlines is truly a community of people that care about and love one another.
