easy process, very selective, never truly know if you're the top pick, basally sat down for a two person interview that seemed very relaxed, they will fly you out to any location you are applying for

It was easy but tactical. They asked me about my experience. They asked me if i have any expectations. They were polite. I was scared at first. But got used to with the warm environment. There was no written test. Only gave demonstration.
