Interview
Multiple step interview process. Application was straightforward but there was a long wait to submit application; the website was overloaded with applicants trying to submit. Phone interview was scheduled and spoke with recruiter answered general employment questions. Shortly after the phone interview there was a virtual interview (during COVID, I think it’s in person now) with a recruiter and current employee. Asked more specific questions relating to the job, experience, and culture/personality fit with the company. Overall a painless interview process, just a lengthy process with waiting and scheduling every step.

Interview
The in person interview was a wonderful experience to me. I’ve interviewed with Delta and American for flight attendant and I can honestly say, I didn’t feel at ease with them like I did with Southwest. Because of this, I was able to relax. They made me feel like I was talking to a friend or family member. I felt very comfortable.
