Interview
I applied online, it took 3 months. Phone interviews are very easy. On the same day, you would get invited to F2F if you passed the phone screening. On the day of F2F, you will go to a big room just like a big classroom. they will introduce the life of FA and its benefits and etc. Then you will be called to be interviewed with 1 recruiter and 1 FA in a small room. If they thought you r the right one, they will send you to do a DOT(drug test) and jump seat test. If they tell you to go home and must be careful to watch your email because they cannot make a decision today because too many candidates need to be interviewed today. Dont trust them, they all are liars. They wont waste the company's money, call you back to take the DOT test or Jump seat test. If they tell you like they will send a email within couple days, it means you failed, and you will receive a rejected email at same day.
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2026
Interview
The in person interview was a wonderful experience to me. I’ve interviewed with Delta and American for flight attendant and I can honestly say, I didn’t feel at ease with them like I did with Southwest. Because of this, I was able to relax. They made me feel like I was talking to a friend or family member. I felt very comfortable.
