Interview
I entered the building, walked around and made conversations with other canidates. A trainer came out and gave a mini performance with pom poms (to try to seems different... it was cute/weird and lasted a little longer than should have) anywho... they bring us to the main room and talk about the payscale & their lives. then they call you one on one, I was myself (proffesionally) as they kept saying "be your self". Your in a room with a two people & they ask questions and make it seem like they like you lol ( but thats their jobs) i was told "youll be contacted in 24/48 hours with a yes or no" I immediatly knew i did not have the job... i was only upset because i waisted money coming there lol. (because there were no flights before the 8:30 am check in so i had to come the day before) then you sit in the lobby with other people excited because they got offered CJO'S and i started to feel sad lol because that was my confirmation that told me i didnt get the job. i learned about the company culture, did the star method with certain questions that required it, talked about my customer service experience with a smile & did not get the job... maybe ill try again but im not sure.

Interview
The in person interview was a wonderful experience to me. I’ve interviewed with Delta and American for flight attendant and I can honestly say, I didn’t feel at ease with them like I did with Southwest. Because of this, I was able to relax. They made me feel like I was talking to a friend or family member. I felt very comfortable.
