I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2023
Interview
The gentleman that interviewed me was really easy to talk to. I get extremely nervous when answering questions. So it was good that he called me the following week ahead of time & we were able to briefly talk. I think that gave him a feel for me, so although I was nervous I did answer the questions. I received an invitation to an in person interview that will take place next month at their headquarters.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
