I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
Applied online, took several months to get phone interview. Then was invited to Dallas for face to face interview. There were about 50 applicants scheduled for the 2pm interview. They bring you into a conference room to explain info about Southwest. Then I was individually called to an interview with a recruiter and a flight attendant. I’ve heard they offer jobs at the interview but I didn’t see anyone in our group get an offer.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
