I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
I had a recruiter reach out to me and scheduled for 1 45-min in person interview. It consisted of questions about myself, why I wanted to work at Southwest, what I brought to the table from an analytical standpoint, and then they gave me a few charts to analyze, critique, and what further questions I would want to uncover about the given topic.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
It was great! The process was a little lengthy, but they asked thoughtful questions that were really intentional. The length came from waiting time between each interview, not necessarily the interview itself. They were all about 45 mins long. I ultimately didn't end up getting the offer, but the recruiter called to tell me that I was in the final two, and why they ultimately went with the other person. He even described the exact question that it came down to, which I was really grateful for and impressed with.
