Interview
I applied for the No Limits intern program. Interview process was very similar to other reviews I had read. They contact you and arrange a phone interview before moving onto an in person interview. The interviews are fairly unstructured, asking questions off of your previous response. They really look for your personality and characteristics rather than knowledge of the job. Make sure you know a lot about the company and position and are able to apply your everyday experience into it. Good all-rounder background seemed to help me in my interviews, as I could answer questions with different experiences. Standard interview questions (challenges, conflict, strengths etc.) are asked but sometimes in a more personal or specific manner. Preparation is key!!!!! All the people involved in the recruitment process are so friendly and keen to help, so don't be scared to ask questions and joke around with them!! They are great at providing feedback and getting back to you quickly regarding results of the interviews.

Interview
Interview process was speedy and smooth! It was pleasant experience. First there was a phone call interview, then I got a video interview with the department heads (8 or so of them). It was a bit intimidating to have an interview with that many people but was an overall rewarding experience.
Situational and behavioral interview. One screening and one panel interview. Whole process took about a month. Very good communication from recruiter throughout the process. Best to know Southwest values and culture going into the interview.
