Interview
Seamless process, effective and clear communication, and kind people! I submitted my application on October 1st, the window closed on October 15, and by October 23 I was receiving first-round interview notices. My recruiters were able to tell me exactly when I could expect to hear back about the final round of interviews, and those occurred in a timely fashion too. For the role I accepted, my offer was given a day after the interview. There was never any sitting around, wondering what was occurring in the process. Having recruited with all the major US airlines for their internship programs, I can confidently say Southwest's process was the best.

I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Applied online, heard back about a month later. Was invited to a phone interview with HR. After the phone interview, a week or 2 later, I was invited to an in person interview. The interview lasted about 20 minutes, I was surrounded by teams. At the end of the interview I was thanked and was told to expect a phone call. About a week later I received the decision. Overall the interview process was simple, questions were personality based on the phone and experience based for the in person part.
