Interview
I applied online. After about three weeks, i was emailed a request to do a virtual interview where i just record my answers. No video just audio interview. They emailed me the app tjat i was suppose to download. About a week and a half after i submitted the audio, i was called and given a phone interview. I was just asked, why southwest? Then i was given an overview about the position and the company over the phone. Then the guy emailed me an application to fill aout about me past rmployment and education. Then the next call was giving me an interview date and time at the airport.
The interview was easy! He just wanted to know that i was prepared to do physical labor. And he kept asking if i really want to do this. I really did. Then he hired me on the spot.
