I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Straightforward, friendly. I felt at ease. I stayed thoughtful, and calm, and i remembered to smile and be engaging as I would in life. I kept a positive attitude without self-doubt. I've had a lot of life experience and was confident I could handle any question. I used the STAR system to make sure it ended with a result that not only was helpful for the customer, but also how I learned from the experience in some way.
