Interview
Very unorganized and fast. Had my first interview the same day the recruiter contacted me. Had all three interviews in a week. Did not hear back about a job offer for a month
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Once the job closed I waited about two weeks and heard for a phone interview. Shortly after a virtual interview was conducted and then a panel interview with members from the department.
SWA hires people that are excited to be there. Do your research, look at which department you are interviewing for, and research what they do and what their goals are. I looked up the annual report and made sure to include details of it in my interview. I also made sure to ask for details about the changes that SWA was going through and how they affected the dept I was interviewing with. Showcase who you are, at the end of the day you want to make sure the department is a good fit for you, and SWA wants to make sure you're going to be a good fit for them.
The process was so smooth and fast. My recruiter kept up with me the whole time and once I accepted the offer the team kept up with me while I underwent background checks. This was probably the best interview process I've ever had.
