I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
First there was a phone screen. Then I was flown to Dallas for an interview day where we had two panel interviews as well as a tour of the campus that also served as a peer interview.
Few interviews talking about my background, dealing with software projects and requirements, and how I reacted when faced with difficult situations or problems. The interview team was very helpful in helping place me on the correct role and team.
