it was pretty interesting to attend one of the assessment day held by the company and experience the interview itself , met lot of new people and got contacts, we created five groups, every group got a card with the profession and each memeber of the group described the profession , next we got a situation on board and our task was to solve the issue to satisfy the passenger. It was a group task, to see how we can cooperate together.
