The interview process was very comfortable. They truly want to get to know you to see if you are a good fit for the Southwest company culture. They ask basic questions during the phone interview then the next interview is in a group setting and the questions are a bit more personal.

How do you take criticism? How did you deal with it and what did you do to improve the situation.
It was a one way interview software was rlly buggy and syas you can redo the videos if you mess up but you cant :(. All behavioural basic like why southwest, why this position specifically, how does your experience, course work and involvemnet align with this position, a time you had conflict.
Lots of STAR style questions that pertain to past experiences. The interview was primarily conversation based, and not intimidating at all, would definitely recommend in any department, even if nervous.
It was quick and easy. This was the first round and more of a screening to make sure I met the same requirements that were mentioned on the application. They only asked 3 behavioral questions.
