What excites you most about being a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines and how does this role align with your career goals?
The nature of this role means you’ll make decision decisions without being able to contact a leader. Describe a time where you had to make an important decision without input from a leader while balancing urgency with the potential consequences. What steps did you take to ensure the best outcome?
Tell us about a time when you provided exceptional service to a customer while balancing the needs of your team. What was the outcome and what did you learn?
Teamwork and collaboration are critical in the flight attendant role. Please tell us about a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker and how you resolved it.
Flight attendants play a key role in maintaining safety. Can you provide an example of when you witnessed a coworker not following the safety procedure or policy? How did you handle the situation? What steps did you take to ensure safety was maintained?
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
