Interview
After applying online in February, I was sent an email in March requesting I complete the required forms. This was followed by a phone screen to schedule a formal phone interview. In the phone interview, I answered all of the questions, including my willingness and ability to lift 70lbs, working in the elements, agreeing to mandatory OT, etc. Toward the phone interview, the interviewer mentioned she was skeptical of my physical ability based on my "history of office work." How she could determine my physicality based on a resume is beyond me. I was not called for a face-to-face interview.
