If you qualify past the phone interview, you will be scheduled to fly on a Southwest Airlines flight (obviously at no cost to you personally) to their Headquarters in Dallas, Texas for a face-to-face panel interview. About a week after the Dallas interview, you will receive a call or email on the outcome of the interview.
