Southwest Airlines Customer Service/Sales interview questions

This was a very long process, so patience is needed , but we'll worth it once the official offer comes through. From the time of application to my official offer it was about 4 to 5 months , probably closer to 4 months . I sent in the application , a few weeks later was called by a recruiter , a few weeks later was offered the face to face interview at the call center. Right after my face to face I was finger printed , drug tested , and they started the background check - which is lengthy. About 6 weeks after the start of the background check I was told I cleared the background and to expect a seat in training next month. About 3 weeks after that I received the official job offer phone call , email , and received the initial on boarding email . I start training next month.
