Interview
First stage is an assessment that is similar to the SAT. If you pass the assessment, you are contacted and you take it again while on a video call with a recruiter to ensure that it is you taking the test. Afterwards, you are called into the office and are interviewed three separate times by different employees. In my case, it was the VP of Global Alliances, the Sales Director and a senior employee in Marketing. Was contacted about a week later with the offer.
