Recruiter honestly stayed on top of it. Heard back extremely quickly after each interview. Process was:
Recruiter phone screen (didn't have any trivia questions, just ensuring you're a good fit) -> Take-home assessment (this is where I failed, but 4 hours to complete a take-home assessment) -> 1-on-1 Codility with a SWE on the team -> onsite.
