They try to trick you by saying it is a 30-minute chat, but it is actually a surprise technical interview. Answers you give will be met with responses meant to make you second guess yourself.

Question 1
standard beam questions, materials questions, machine design. Advancing from there they give you 'outside the box' questions about manufacturing. Looking to gauge your thought process on how to solve trick questions like 'show me how you could cut a cube out of a cylinder using a lathe'
Applied online and got a response in a few days. It was a screening call and then two technicals before the in person presentations. They were very serious and there was a lot of technical questions.
