First step is a screening with the recruiter; it was a general chat about the role as you'd expect. Second step was a call with an engineer in the team. Would describe it more IF THEY HAD CALLED. Pretty unprofessional. I'm not sure if the excessive interview process the recruiter described, the unprofessional environment, and the 50hr+ workweeks they mentioned in the interview are really worth the below-average pay.

Tell me about one project to showcase engineering skills
I applied for Software Engineer Data position. It was fine. 1 hour leetcode style interview on codility. The difficulty was medium. I had an alright experience. Was able to get brute force but not optimized solution.
