I went through 2 phone interviews followed by an on-site presentation for a couple of positions, Interviewing with six people in total. 2 days later I received a verbal offer from the days later recruiter gave me verbal offer which was low. During negotiations asked me to have another interview with the director. He surprisingly told me his preference against hiring PhDs while he does have PhD. Then pulled even he initial verbal offer after 1 week. Overall, the team lacked professionalism and showed little respect for interviewees.
