The interview process includes an initial phone screening, followed by a second round that involves collaborative Python coding exercises and behavioral questions to assess both technical and interpersonal skills. Extremely friendly and collaborative interviewer.

Short 30 minute interview, went over some brief questions that were relatively easy. Then explained more detailed what the company does, how the team works, how everyone is connected. The end allowed time for questions.
