Recruiter called me for phone screening on a monday, had an in person interview that same week on Friday. 4 person panel and assessment that took about 1 ~ 2 hours in total at the Redmond location.
Fun and interactive. Asked lots of meaningful and in-depth questions. They really want to get to know your technical experience and do a job of asking. Interviewer was very kind and knowledgeable.
