Interview
Several different rounds, first was an phone screen with the recruiter. She asked about my resume, why I wanted to work for SpaceX, and a few technical questions. Next was a phone interview with a lead (the one I would have worked for). He took a deeper dive into my resume and past experience and then followed up with more technical questions. I then had a third interview with the supervisor, this was a far as I made it. It was also a phone interview and was a bit more open ended then the others. He asked questions in which he gave a problem you may face at work, and how you'd go about solving it. There wasn't really a right or wrong answer, it seemed more about gauging your critical thinking. It seemed to have gone pretty well, but I then heard back a few days later that they would be moving forward with candidates with more EE experience. I think had I made the next step, it would have been a site visit and I'd have been asked to present a project I had worked on. Overall, a interesting process and everyone I talked to was professional and friendly.
