Company reached out to me because I had posted my resume on Monster. Wanted to interview me for a position where my resume was a 1:1 match with the job description. Did two phone screens and then they wanted to bring me in for an in person interview. I had to leave for an international trip the same day, but they insisted I interview that week. I said ok fine, and postponed my trip. When I was on my trip out of the country, they called me and asked when I was returning, making it seem like the job was all but mine. When I returned from said trip, I was told my candidacy was on hold. Then, a month later I was contacted again and I’m told there is another opening for the exact same position. After several weeks I gave up trying to contact them as I felt I was having my time wasted. Wasn’t happy at all with my experience.
