Multiple interviews as per the company procedure however they lost in their own system. In each level the person taking the interview comes with new expectations about the candidate and the role. If you are screening candidates by taking multiple interviews, first of all the team should be on same platform and vision about role and requirements.
No feedback to candidate. In this process candidate also invest his valuable time to attend multilevel interviews so the feedback is expected.

The hiring manager was very unfriendly and dismissive towards me and my prior work; I was under the impression my profile had been reviewed beforehand and that the HR person addressed experience discrepancies before advancing me to the next round.
