I was called by a third party recruiter. He set me up with a phone interview. I was called the next day to come in for a face to face interview. The phone interview was harder then the face to face. I had four interviews in a row. the first was the manager who explained the position he asked some basic Java & SQL questions not two hard. Then I met with a Sr java developer. He asked me some java and backbone questions again very basic. My third interview was the same person who I had the phone interview with. She said I think you have the job do you have kids then we went and got coffee. The fourth and last was pretty cool. the developer was having a CSS issue. So we did some debugging of on real code. The next day I spoke to the VP of engineering and was made an offer.
