I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Specialized Staffing Solutions in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was short but went great and she said she would like to get me in for a face to face interview. We scheduled an in person interview for a Tuesday morning, I studied all night long getting more than familiar with the staffing industry and was more than prepared. The evening before the interview I received an email stating that she had a schedule conflict and needed to reschedule. She said she would get in touch with me over the next couple days to reschedule. A few days later I have a missed call and a voicemail from the INTERVIEWER and I get excited thinking this was to finally reschedule my interview. I listen to the voicemail only to learn that she was leaving a message on my phone for a Botox party that she was supposed to attend. I figured this was by mistake and reached out to her to let her know, all I receive from her (hours later mind you) is a "Thanks". I give her a couple days to get back to me before I decide to reach out again, after the "botox message" I tried to contact her on three separate occasions and was completely ignored. I am not sure what was going on but the whole situation has seemed incredibly unprofessional and I have been completely turned off by this company. It appears that they do not value communication or professionalism. They do not have enough time to reply to a simple email or give a quick call to their prospective employees (who they reached out to in the first place) but have plenty of time to discuss and plan botox procedures. No thanks!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Specialized Staffing Solutions (South Bend, IN) in Sep 2015
Interview
There were 3 different interviews that I had to go through to get the position. The very first in was with the owner of the company. She was extremely nice and covered just about every detail about the company. The next two were with the head of sales for the company. She is very personable and really went into detail about the specific position and made sure that I knew exactly what to expect.
