I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum Health Systems (Worcester, MA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I only expected to be interviewed by one person, the person who I had communicated with over the phone and via email, but I was interviewed by two. Both were friendly and able to answer questions that I asked as well as provide information about both the agency as well as the program that I was applying for. I did end up interviewing for a position I had not applied for as they thought it would be a more appropriate fit, but the process went very smoothly and they were very kind and professional.
