First, I did a phone interview with one of the supervisor's and then I was called into the group interview with two other supervisors a couple of days later. I received a call 3 days later asking if I wanted to accept the position. After I accepted, I was email information from HR about where to take a drug test and had to turn in on boarding information online.

I was too honest about how I would like to move up in Spectrum. Apparently that is a red flag for older workers. Ageism is real at Spectrum. It was a shame. I feel we would have had a good working relationship.
