Interview
Interviewers rescheduled twice, both initial interviews I was early and ready to go. Third time, there was no organization during the interview and the lack of integrity was disgusting and demeaning.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Plano, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
It was easy to get the interview. As long as you show up professionally and answer questions to the best of your ability. They need you. They need you more than you need them. The lack of real leadership there is appalling.
Step one was a brief phone interview. The second step included an in person interview and description of the job. The individual proctoring was very distracted, appeared frustrated with the process form an organizational stand point.
