Well organized. Filled out online application. Took online assessment then was invited to the open house. Fast tracked through the open house so I had a scheduled time. Arrived a little early was greeted and processed then met with hiring supervisor at the end of the interview was offered the position. Overall good impression, though slightly hesitancy since it was a bit of a cattle drive, I assume a large turn over during either training or initial role.
