Interview
The interview process took about a month and involved two phone interviews, an in person interview, and an interview in which I recorded several videos explaining my sales philosophy, experience, and plans to succeed in the position, as well as a drug screening and background check.
The manager who interviewed me gave me plenty of information about the position and was honest about its difficulties and the expectations involved. It is a high intensity sales position, and management wants to be sure you are for the challenge.

Very quick to get a response after your application. They also schedule your interview very quickly. Lots of questions about your experience, how you handle rejection, time management, and why Spectrum over the other companies.

Interview
Virtual interview followed by in person interview in the office. Visual interview took 10 minutes and in person took about an hour or so. Very relaxed and informal. The virtual was very basic run through typical questions the in person was more in depth into your resume and ability to sale.
