Spectrum was hosting a virtual hiring event. We'd connect and wait in a queue, then shortly after we'd be connected to someone with a ten minute timer to type over text chat. I was asked some basic questions and they reviewed my resume before asking if I could do a call right now via WebEx with two supervisors. I agreed and jumped into the video call. I was asked a handful of questions both personal and technical, they seemed impressed. They then informed me I'd receive a call in the next day from HR as to whether I was hired or not. Two hours later I received a call where Spectrum advised they were sending an offer letter to me.
