The hiring took awhile, about 1 month. A lot longer than expected. HR didn’t communicate with me during the process. The interview was with the store manager and it was simple and asked general interview questions.

If a customer comes up and has problem how would you handle it?
talk with recruiter about previous work experience and why you want to work here. recruiter asks about schedule and if you can accommodate that. very easy interview, not much was asked. apparently now, they do require another interview step with the store manager
Assessment. Video interview. Process has been fairly easy and smooth. Interview questions are pretty standard for sales positions. Everyone has been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. The only complaint I have is the time length between filling out the application and getting a call for an interview. It was so long I actually had even forgotten about applying.

Easy basic question about you and past job experience, and was offered job on the spot right after interview. Interviewer was nice and so far I've enjoyed my experience with the company.
