Over their platform which is similar to Zoom. You interview with one person and they ask really easy questions, those were the exact ones I got for the billing department.

Q: What is a time where your work place made an unexpected change and how did you deal with that
Q: What is a time where you helped a customer and what was the outcome of that?
Q: Have you followed metrics or are aware of following them
Q: Have you ever had to trouble shoot equipment before?
