I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview itself was relatively structured and the hiring manager was provided with set questions that she was required to ask. She did not seem very enthusiastic from the start of the interview and it seemed like something she was just checking off her list, which made the conversation awkward. I also never received feedback or heard back from the recruiter.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
1) Video submission answering general questions about your self
2) Recruiter phone screen
3) Panel of 3 interview
4) 1:1 with Sr Department Director
Essentially, the first 3 steps are to establish if you possess the competencies and skills to do the job. The 3rd step functions to establish if you are a fit for the team and can demonstrate that you can handle the responsibility of guiding the Managers and respond to all employee needs
The process was fairly fast, however it has now been 4 weeks and I haven't had any updates. I understand I wasn't selected but you would think they cared about my candidate experience enough to send a pass note or something. Bad business and it goes along with the negative comments I have received from former employees.

Interview
I had some interaction with a leader in the HR group. We exchanged a few emails. I sent a resume. I followed-up 2x and never heard back. I was ghosted by their HR which is really concerning if you follow their social media posts about this topic.
