Speechify React Engineer interview questions

They have reached out to me one day via email. 12 days later I’ve had a discovery call with one of their recruiters. I’ve been asked typical behavioural questions and we spoke briefly about my experience, company and the role itself. Interview took around 30 minutes. After that they ghosted me. Followed up 2 times, each time I’ve got a quick response, that someone will get back to me soon, but it never happened. It’s been around 2,5 months since the interview and no one decided to email me within this time. Ghosting is really really bad especially if that’s you who reach out to candidate first.
