There was an on campus interview that was like 30 minutes long where I spoke with the NJ Advisor, then I waited a couple days until she reached out to me telling me if I got it or not. I got it and moved onto the next round of interview where I came in and spoke with her more in depth. Then I spoke with someone in the higher up for like 15 minutes, but I didn't really talk much, he talked most of the time. Got the position
