      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Speedway (Merrillville, IN) in Feb 2014

      Interview

The initial communication was professional. The interview was scheduled at a specific day and time. I arrived early and was provided with sheets of policies, rules, and cleaning checklists. After spending time going over these sheets, I continued to wait for someone to come speak with me. My actual interview did not start until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I was placed in a cramped closet of sorts with the interviewers. One of the interviewers was quite unprofessional. This interviewer was sitting on the chair with feet on the chair. I believe I asked more questions of them. I was told that I would expect a call from the district manager if I got the job or a letter if I did not get the job.

      Interview

The interviews aren't uniform. You interview with a district manager. Not really a professional setting. More of a get to know you and the job type thing. Generic previous job questions.

      Question 1

Not really any difficult questions but it was interesting to me that they asked me to bring my high school diploma with me.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Speedway (New York, NY) in Nov 2016

      Interview

Applied on line thru company website and received a phone call for an interview within five days. Met with a Centralized Recruiter who liked my resume an during the interview offered me a Co-Manager position. She made the job sound very interesting an I was pleased with the offer. I then was sent on a second interview two days later to meet with a District Manager. I didn't really get to speak with him due to the fact he had a meeting around the time of my interview. I was disappointed but he offered me a chance to come back the very next day an I was hired with the company.
