It was one group interview day, about 20 people showed up to the district office to do interviews for various stores. You read pamphlits, and they scored you on the basic knowledge and pesonality.

Explain how you went above and beyond in your last job?
Short. Sweet. Didnt get the job. Saw an interviewer. Talked to them. And left. Loved my time there. The gasoline fumes seemed healthy to be around. Would love to be around car exhaust as well.
Met with the manager and had a brief discussion about the position. Showed me around the store and the equipment that I would be using. It was a very easy interview.
