I applied online, received a message from the recruiting manager. A few days later, I had a phone interview. She asked interview questions I was expecting: what are your strengths/weaknesses, how did you hear about us, etc. Based on my answers, she was said the best fit would be a New Graduate program, where I could shadow employers to gain confidence in my skills.
A few days later, I received another call saying that I wasn't fit for the job.

I met a recruiter at a career fair and she gave me her card. I had a phone interview with her and then was asked to come in for a face to face. I met with 4 people, each 30min. Mostly personality questions and how would you handle this specific situation and what kind of experience have you had doing ___________.
