This company is following a trend that is followed by a lot of the top players. You will have at least two phone interviews followed by a lengthy interview-by-committee. The committee interview is at least three hours long. If successful you can expect this to be followed up with a founders meeting. Except for the initial phone interview, the entire process is very technical.
