I applied online. I interviewed at Spigen (Irvine, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
1. Online assessment - Behavior and IQ test
2. Coding Assessment
3. Interview with the engineers
4. Interview with HR
Behavior and IQ test was just okay. I don't know if they care about the score or result.
Coding Assessment was easy-medium level.
They wanted me to speak Korean on interview.
HR went ghost on me. I guess this is because of high volume of candidates.
It took about 1 month. Took a behavioral and technical test. When I drove an hour away for the first interview, I realized the interviewer (tech lead or my supervisor) hasn't even seen my test results. Next week they brought my in for a 10 minute interview with HR, an interview that could have easily been done over the phone. They don't really respect your time at all.
